Our INKA PALE ALE is the result of all that history together with the harvest of purple corn grains that give a deep ruby color, used by the Incas in ancient Peru.Inka Pale Ale Cerveza con mucha fuerza, sabor, amargor, color y graduación alcohólica, este estilo fue creado en las costas Inglesas, cuando el re descubrimiento del Lúpulo como ingrediente de la cerveza fue incorporado a las cervezas dulces de la época, además, la adición de este nuevo insumo amargo a la cerveza permitió que la bebida amarga llegara en optimas condiciones a las costas de las indias y posteriormente a los estados unidos ya que el lúpulo fue y es un conservante natural y un agente bactericida. Nuestra INKA PALE ALE es el resultado de toda esa historia sumada a la cosecha de los granos de maíz morado que le dan un color rubí intenso, utilizados por los incas en el antiguo Perú.
